That’s how it works – Step by step
Booking
You book your trip directly here on our website or by calling us. We will then confirm your registration and you will receive registration information and an invoice for the registration fee by post or email.
Booking confirmation
When your registration fee is paid, you will receive a booking confirmation and literature list.
The trip is confirmed
When the trip has reached the minimum number of travellers to be confirmed, you will receive a notification about this via e-mail. You can also see on our website if your trip is confirmed.
Final invoice
Approximately one and half months before your departure, you will receive your final invoice. Together with the final invoice, you will receive an information package.
Nice trip!
When there are approximately three weeks left until your departure, you will receive all information, contact details for your trek/tour leader, a list of participants and information on how to get from the airport/railway station/bus station to the assembly location mailed to you.
